BEHAVIOUR MODIFICATION involves behavior change techniques to increase or decrease the frequency of behaviors, such as altering an individual's behaviors and reactions to stimuli through positive and negative reinforcement of adaptive behavior and/or the reduction of behavior through its gradual extinction.
SOCIALIZATION
SOCIALIZATION is a term used to refer to the lifelong process of providing an individual with the skills and habits necessary for participating within his or her own society. Socialization is the process by which human infants begin to acquire the skills necessary to perform as a functioning member of their society.
SAFETY & AWARENESS
Special needs children often have problems distinguishing between generalization and discrimination. Interactive sessions are held for children to understand “Personal Safety & awareness through projects, role plays, visuals etc.
Functional Academic Skills
Functional Academic Skills are the essential skills needed for ENGLISH, MATHS and ICT, vital for young people and adults to participate in life, learning and work. Functional Skills strengthen and bring consistency to learning routes for children.
COGNITION
COGNITION is the mental processing that includes the attention of working memory, comprehending and producing language, calculating, reasoning, problem solving, and decision making. (Input- integration-storage and output).
SELF HELP
SELF HELP are a set of human skills acquired via teaching or direct experience that are used to handle day to day functions commonly encountered in daily human life.
FINE MOTOR
FINE MOTOR is the coordination of small muscle movements which occur in body parts such as the fingers, usually in coordination with the eyes.
